Molly is an associate in GHSK's New York office.
Molly's practice spans from drafting estate planning documents including last wills and testaments, trusts, powers of attorney and healthcare directives to the administration of estates and trusts, probate disputes, accounting proceedings, representation of fiduciaries and beneficiaries, and various litigation matters.
Molly earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English & Rhetoric at Binghamton University. Thereafter, she went on to work for a Trusts & Estates and Elder Law firm in Brooklyn, New York as a paralegal. It was there she learned of her passion for Trusts & Estate and went on to law school at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. While in law school, she served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Peter J. Kelly, J.S.C. in the Surrogate’s Court of Queens County. She also served as President of the Trusts & Estates Law Society and as a member of the executive board of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society.
Following law school, Molly focused her practice on Estate Litigation and Article 81 Guardianship. From there, she expanded her practice to cover all areas of Trusts & Estates.
Molly likes to spend her spare time outdoors with her Yorkie, named Sonny.
