Kealoha is a senior associate in GHSK's Miami office.

Kealoha concentrates his practice on tax issues, estate planning, and transaction structuring for high-net-worth individuals, families and private businesses with international interests. He works as a solution-minded advisor to facilitate the realization of individual and family goals for multijurisdictional clients.

Kealoha received his law degree from University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where he was a member of the Berkeley Journal of International Law. He also received an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law. He is fluent in Portuguese, having lived in Brazil for more than five years.
