Caroline L. Bucci is a Partner in GHSK's New York office and advises clients in all aspects of trust and estate planning and administration.
Caroline develops and implements sophisticated estate plans designed to protect assets and minimize estate, generation-skipping transfer and income taxes. Caroline tailors each estate plan to the client’s objectives by utilizing various trusts, business agreements and charitable arrangements.
Caroline prepares estate, gift, generation-skipping transfer and inheritance tax returns and advises clients on related issues.
In addition, Caroline represents and advises individuals and financial institutions in all aspects of the administration of trusts and estates before the Surrogate’s Courts in New York and New Jersey and the Probate Courts in Connecticut.
