As the Director of Corporate Services and Compliance, Amy manages GHSK’s tax and regulatory compliance programs and ensures the firm’s clients remain compliant with governing rules and regulations, both domestically and in various offshore jurisdictions.

Through detailed and diligent work with clients and their advisors, Amy and her team facilitate compliance with regulatory requirements including FATCA/CRS analysis and reporting, Economic Substance reporting, LEI registrations, and IRS Form 5472 filings for DREs, as well as overseeing the preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for foreign and domestic entities and individuals.

Amy has extensive experience working in legal services and the world of finance and investment. As head of GHSK’s Corporate Services, she is meticulous in assisting clients in managing their investment entities so that they can seamlessly conduct business without needing to concern themselves with the minutiae.
