Bryan is a Partner of GHSK and the head of its Matrimonial & Family Law practice.

Bryan’s practice embraces a diverse set of clients and the challenging issues they face. Bryan understands the situations many of our family law clients are enduring can be arduous, delicate, and emotional. Bryan approaches each client’s matter with knowledge, compassion, and understanding. He collaborates with clients to determine their desired outcomes and develop creative strategies to achieve them.

Bryan provides representation at every level, including complex and sophisticated family law matters for high-net-worth individuals. He handles a wide variety of family law matters, from the negotiation of pre- and postnuptial agreements to separation and divorce proceedings (contested, same-sex, and uncontested). He is a skilled and constructive negotiator when clients attempt to settle issues by agreement, and a powerful advocate when the determination of the Court is necessary.

Bryan’s divorce clients face many issues including custody and parenting time/visitation, child support, spousal maintenance/alimony, equitable distribution of assets, as well as domestic violence and orders of protection. He also helps clients traverse the ever-changing landscape of family law as it relates to same-sex couples.

Bryan was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers each year since 2020 and earned the recognition of the Top 10 Attorneys under 40 by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys in 2019, 2020 and 2021. He frequently presents at various forums discussing divorce and considerations involved such as financial issues and LGBT+ issues. He has also been quoted in articles by various media outlets such as USA Today.
